Amongst the Kangaroos, Wallaby’s and Koalas you might expect to spot here, the island is also home to over 250 species of birds due to the diverse range of habitats that can be found here from the coastal cliffs to the wetlands.
Kangaroo Island is excellent for waders and seabirds, while bush birds thrive in the large parks. One of the most prized sightings is the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo. Being such an elusive specie, we cannot guarentee you will see one of these but with such an abundance of native wildlife here, there will not be a shortage of sightings!

Seascape Lodge is owned by the company and is exclusively available to Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tour clients. Treat yourself to a couple of nights here and you will be welcomed in by Paul and Mandy, owners of Kangaroo Island Wilderness Tours and Seascape Lodge. Each bedroom is spacious with modern facilities and offers fantastic views over Emu Bay. Each night you will enjoy home cooked food prepared by your hosts using local produce and delicacies. Local KI wines are included with your meals and are within the package price.
