Christmas Breaks At Macdonald Berystede Hotel, Ascot.

By PGTravelTips Reporter.

macdonald hotels logoTwo, three and four night Christmas packages are on offer at the luxurious four-star Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, near Ascot, Berkshire between Thursday 23rd and Sunday 27th December.

The packages are priced from £375 per person including festive menus and entertainment, children’s activities and use of the contemporary spa facilities.

Children aged 4 – 12 sharing with their parents pay just £50 each per night dinner B&B and under 4s stay free.

Set in beautiful wooded grounds and finished in the style of a French château complete with turrets, the Macdonald Berystede exudes a timeless elegance.

Combine this with the warmth of an open fire, festive decor, congenial hospitality and delicious food and it’s the perfect place for a magical Christmas break.

Macdonald Berystede...Christmas specials include champagne and carols, an open fire, Santa and a six course festive lunch.

Arrivals on Thursday, 23rd can do some last minute Christmas shopping in nearby Windsor or indulge in pamper treatments and take an exhilarating dip in the indoor-outdoor hydropool in the hotel’s spa.

Celebrations get underway on Christmas Eve when the champagne flows at a sparkling reception with traditional songs from our carol singers followed by a superb four-course dinner in the AA Rosette Hyperion Restaurant.

Christmas morning begins in style with a choice of breakfast in bed or fruit pastries and full English breakfast in the restaurant.

There’ll be plenty of time to open presents during the morning, or take a walk in the hotel’s landscaped grounds to build up an appetite for the six-course festive lunch created by Head Chef Paul Muddiman.

And in case you are still hungry, tea and Christmas cake will be served in the Diadem Bar after The Queen’s speech. Supper will be a leisurely affair with a Yuletide buffet followed by family games and entertainment.

Santa Claus will also make a visit during the day with a present for every child.

Boxing Day entertainment includes a cookery demonstration by the head chef and an optional matinée performance of Cinderella at the Theatre Royal, Windsor. Later you can dine and dance the night away at our elegant Black and White Tie dinner.

Prices for a two-night Christmas break in a classic room start from £375 per person including meals and entertainment; three night packages are from £475 and four nights start at £495; additional nights after the festive break are from £50 per person dinner B&B (excluding New Year’s Eve).

Children aged 4 – 12 sharing with their parents pay just £50 each per night dinner B&B and under 4s stay free. And if you prefer not to join in the festivities, the hotel is offering B&B from just £100 per room.
